nuam is building a market that will bring together over 700 companies currently issuing securities on the Santiago, Colombia, and Lima stock exchanges. These issuers can be either public or private companies. They adhere to high standards of information delivery to both investors and regulatory entities and authorities in each country, serving as a mechanism for connection and transparency.
NUAM has more than 412 equity issuers: 193 in Chile, 159 in Peru, and 60 in Colombia.

These issuers are government entities or companies that finance themselves in the capital markets through debt. To do this, they issue bonds, which are equivalent to a loan made by the investors who purchase them. The purpose of these issuances can vary depending on the specific needs of each case. Generally, they are used to finance projects, expand, or refinance existing debts.
In nuam, there are 339 fixed-income issuers, distributed as follows: 205 in Chile, 34 in Peru, and 100 in Colombia.
